34 Shaman gear upgrade advice

Hi all, looking for some advice on how my 34 Iksar shaman is outfitted. I used to play on Live, from around Kunark to a bit after Luclin and I am just coming back now. I never made it to end game then so there are a lot of gaps in my knowledge on p99. Also, this is my first shaman.

Current gear:
ears - electrum jasper earring / forest loop
head - sebilis scale cap
face - bone mask of the jarsath
chest - phase spider carapace
neck - labyrinth talisman
arms - dusty rusted vambraces
back - othmir fur cloak
waist - flayed turmoilskin belt
shoulders - bloodstained mantle
wrists - arctic wyrven wristbandsx2
legs - hand woven leggings
gloves - iksar scaled gloves
feet - burynai hide boots
rings - golden fire wedding rings
main - iksar berserker club
secondary - crested mistmoore shield
range - darksea harpoon
ammo - empty

(I got lucky with some nice loot early on. By chance I stumbled on a courier in LOIO early one morning when the zone was empty and got a gazughi ring, which allowed to afford some of this stuff. The Berserker club I camped. The forest loop I earned after three levels in Warsliks.)

Now I'm looking to upgrade any slots that are obviously in need of it, especially legs, feet, and ammo. I don't have all that much cash to play with. Presently I have around 1k and by the time I get back to EC tunnel and sell some loot/potions I anticipate that I'll have around 2.5k. That being said, I will take all suggestions, even if they are out of this price range and something I will have to work towards.

Ammo doesn't effect your stats so can be largely ignored for shaman.

You could get a posse together and kill the black dire in Mistmoore for your epic sow boots?

If you can find items that have raw hps on them, imo they grant you the greatest efficiency when it comes to shaman due to regen/canni.

Just try to find cheap items with raw hps, and if they happen to have wis or raw mana then they even better.

For shoulders the dragonwing mantles are nice and cheap. Giant scalemail arms are cheap and has 20hps on them with 3wis, giant scalemail cloak is 30hps 5sta it's nice and cheap, mucilaginous belt is nice has 10hps and wis on it (you really don't need the dex from turmoil belt), sarnak shield (2k-2.5k) for offhand is great you'd use that to 60 most likely and then beyond. Mainhand holwing harpoon has great stats and is about 1k. For legs, dragonleg breeches are nice they have high ac and sta. If you can find sentry bracers, they are really decent for shaman (9ac, 2wis, 3dex, 15 hps, 15mana, 5dr/5pr/2mr). Boots, can get iksar hide boots they got 25hps on them, or withered leather boots (3wis/40hps iirc), etc.

These are some items you could get that aren't ultra-expensive that would give you more health which would let you maximize your mana efficiency with regen and canni.
