Barge from Butcher to TD is broken

I have petitioned and hope for a Guide to translocate me. Barge from BB is not setting off to meet the Maidens Voyage. Its been 3 cycles now that I have waited.

Still an issue as of this time. 2 cycles tested.

Confirmed ... the shuttles are not appearing. This prevents melee from being able to go to and from Kunark.
