Any one of us could drop bombs on level 46 alts in tov and make it unplayable, do we really want that for this server?

that facts are this:

In range dispelling of mobs was the old precedent. Everyone knew it, that's why we did it on Dozekar. We didn't expect to get suspended for it. All toons were in range.

We got suspended on three toons. Precedent was set. Apex knew it, they were sending tells to me, Dagon/Ogrok making fun of us for being suspended for dispelling.

Precedent changed, we appealed and Sirken upheld it. The toons are still suspended. New precedent is dispelling mob is only OK if you have a raid force ready and contesting the mob (not 3 salty dudes logging in alt after alt to dispel mobs). New precedent was set by Apex, not Ragnarok. This was posted about, talked about in ooc and well known among your officers but they wanted our raid ruined and you to eat the suspension so they didn't have to.

At Tormax/Statue you guys are dispelling the mobs on oor toons because you got assfucked on your mains. OOR dispelling has never been legal. Never. Quil dispels in range, but doesn't have a raid force, just a solitary griefer. Which up until Doze, was totally fine.

We did in in Thunderdome yes, but it was legal and considered fair play at the time. Hence Tune's whiney poll.

been suspended on many of my chars multiple times for training apex early on (widespread,letsjoe,pinetop). fact of the matter is if you see a gm show up, you should stop doing things that are even remotely dirty, unless you dont care (mad lads like me)
