Zone wide music?

Is there any way to get zone wide music playing like it does in Nektolus? There are hotspots that play short midi clips elsewhere but the majority of the game is completely silent. Were Cd tracks added in only a few zones or were most of them removed on p99?

Also I'd like to remove the vendor music. I reverted the title and combat theme to the MP3 version but the vendor music is annoying and doesn't fit the atmosphere at all.
