SK banking in Halas

Does anyone have any idea if this is possible without screwing the bad faction in qeynos?

Or if it is possible st all?

The bankers in Halas are on the Rogues of the White Rose faction. I'm not sure if it has been patched out yet but the two level 1 sled dogs in the back corner of Halas give +1 to this faction while quickly destroying the rest of Halas (Merchants, Shamen and Wolves of the North). No other factions are affected.

The dogs spawn about every 6 minutes so you're looking at +20 faction an hour. It took me about 3 weeks to max it from apprehensive and then 200 stacks of gnoll fangs (with sneak) to max all of the factions that were destroyed from it.
