I do this on the anonymous test server. The database has mobs listed with numbers. Use those numbers to spawn the mobs wherever you want. Getting mobs to attack each other took me a while to figure out. Using the numbers wouldn't work. I have to use the full mob name. In the case of timbur, his full database name is Timbur_the_tiny000. I found a patch on the emu forums which allows all mob models to be available in all zones up to GoD. Without the patch, some mobs only appear as human models in the arena.

Some commands look like
#findnpctype (name) which gives the id number
#dbspawn (id number) for the mob
#attack (full name) just target one mob and tell it to attack another

Lots of great posts on the emu forums about gm commands. Really bummed that Mayong Mistmoore was removed completely from the early game. Wanted to have him fight Phinny and some dragons.
