forgot my password

Im dumb and forgot my sony station password, I have an emial from http://www.eqemulator.org/ with the user name, is there any way to recover this? my friend just hit me up to play again and i would love to get my account back.

well, your sony station password doesnt apply here for one :P

And for two, if your forum account is linked to your game account, you can click on "home" in the upper left of your screen their, and from their reset your account passwords.

If they are not linked, well thats a bit tougher.

ya they are not linked, I tried it said no account, I was playing a year ago or so.
