Where to group for exp at level 18?

Oasis is becoming a little too low, so I tried going to Unrest but it seems like everybody there was low 20's and didn't want me. What are some good zones to level at 18? Any fun Kunark/Velious zones?

I would suggest for grouping at 18 to go to Unrest. You should be easily able to find a backyard group. Not sure why you had a bad experience. Mid 20's I would hit up MM and you should be able to get a group at the pond easy enough.

You may be able to get a group in the upper floors of Kurns Tower still as well.

Guk sometimes gets groups around that level.

Grouping is spotty on p99 at lower levels.

If you have the capacity to solo, I would recommend Lake of Ill Omen until ~24, then you can head to OT til 40ish. More folks frequent OT too, so you'll have an easier time grouping up.

Level 18 is perfect for the basement in kurns tower, ZEM is better than unrest, some good drops like iksar berserker club, wiz ice wand, and your weight in bone chips. Just NEVER I mean ever kill or tag a burynai or thick boned skelly it only takes one faction hit to ruin their faction. The burynai are shadow knights and I think necros they will harm touch you, de buff you, run, and heal each other.
I would recommend not going down to the very bottom unless you're daring because that is a one way in one way
out at the very bottom

Personally at this level I like to go hunt orcs at High Pass with a small group - Gives you a chance at Sharlock Pack (200pp) and Shiney Brass Idols (500pp) and its pretty decent XP from 18-21. 21-23 go hunt the Pond in MM and then move back into High Keep around 24 or 25 through 31 hunting goblins (great money from Ears and loot)

Oasis is good, killing either crocs or orcs. Some caimens will be green, but there are enough mobs around that exp flows quickly.

18 is too low for Oasis? You can do Orcs and Crocs until level 22...

Last time I saw the Sharlock Packs are only going for 125 but the Shiny Brass Idols go for 700. Problem is high raid players usually camp the Orc cliff waiting for the Idols to drop. You can camp the rest of the area but they will just camp the named mobs.

If you can grind out a few more levels in oasis (did on my rog til 22, so you can on whatever :p), then head to East Karana. Kill spiders at the bottom of the ramp to high pass. They die easy, drop decent coin and a ton of silk. Was able to do those pretty steady until upper 20s and made some decent money doing so.

Forgot to mention I'm an Iksar SK, so soloing is doable, but it's quite slow with all the downtime. I still have yet to find a single group in Unrest no matter how many times I try, so maybe I'll give some of the other places a shot. I'm bound in freeport so maybe I'll give High Pass a shot since I am broker than broke and could definitely use the plat opportunities. I think I'm gonna be KOS by all the guards there though, right?

Correct. You can fight near the zonelines though.
