Cleric Best in slot velious Pre raid and raid gear?

Anyone have a list or link of the cleric Best in slot raid gear and the pre raid gear? there isn't anything filled out on the wiki and I would like to see if there is some kind of discussion for it that I'm missing also I feel like this would be a great thread for different opinions as well.

the BiS on this is wrong i think, you only have FT4
