Does CotH memblur? Or will mobs come training away if you CotH someone in your party?

What about CoTH monks that are FD'd?

CoTH will blur whomever you Call from any enemies hate list he/she happens to be on. Can be CoTH'd while fd no problem. Only thing that will stop a coth is being in a pvp arena as far as I know.
