Kerra Isle is down, zoned in and went LD, tried to log in several times and continue to go LD when I hit enter world.

if you haven't, type, in game, /petition [name of character] is stuck in velks because its down
Only rogean can put the server back up, but any guide can port out your toon if they see it in the petition queue
