Cant play P99 help?

I installed the files and tried running launch titanium but it keeps saying it cant find eqgame even though its in the folder. ive even tried changing the name to eqgame patchme like some posts suggested. it still did not work. :confused:

I had been trying to launch game from desktop icon by right-clicking and running as Administrator.
When I simply double left-clicked the desktop icon, the game started as it should.
