Help Please. Connection to Server Cannot be reached

Hey! I am new to this. I installed titanium and did the files for P99 and I went to "Launch Titanium" and i got to the log in screen i put my info in but then it says connection to server cannot be reached. Can anyone help me? :(

Were you connected to the he internet?

What did you use to install Tit?

Did you follow the setup guide exactly, 99% of issues is from a botched install.

i have fixed it. But now its saying I have outdated spell files but i downloaded the most recent patch files?

I fixed it. But now it is saying my Spell Files are outdated but downloaded the newest patch. unless there is somewhere else to get them?

How did you fix it? With a re-install? I'm having the same problem.
