Just leveling my Mage after a long break. Anyone have any suggestions where I can solo?

I started hhk guards, but don't really want to wreck my fp militia faction etc.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Think I stayed til 39, but could probably do it to 40. Or try the basement.
