Hello, I think I posted in the wrong forum earlier. Today (1/26/2017) I turned in my just completed rotten crown skyshrine armor quest. On advice from a guildmate, and not liking no helm graphics, i turned in the rotten crown to Supreme Laochsmith Psorin at 5:37 est p.m. I thought I would either get a neat looking helm or not ,but have the new crown returned. This was a poor choice. Please Help! Not sure if i should leave my characters name here (Bananec) or if you just respond via email. Or if character most play now is the way to go (rirsar), either way, I look forward hearing from someone.

Petition for a reimbursement and wait/pray. It was user error as there is no custom crown for silk turn ins so u may have to just wait and hope someone gets it back for u

User error. Supreme Laochsmith Psorin tells you specifically which crowns he will customize.
