Timeline differences between Red & Blue?

hey guys. i was just browsing the P99 timeline page on the wiki, and noticed there were separate sections for Red and Blue. does this mean that Red and Blue are at different points in the timeline?

Red and blue were at different points but velious launched virtually identical time and now servers are both synchronized and smelly for different reasons.
