Dispelling a raid mob with a force that is not powerful enough to engage the mob is obviously weak sauce. A pure grief tactic. Red has a very low population these days. How can we expect the server to thrive, inactive players to return and new players to enjoy themselves when there is a whole guild dedicated to the "If I can't have it you can't either" mentality? If they fought for the mob that would be legitimate. But one guy running up kamikaze mode to dispel a slow.... We all know the truth. Make them fight not "troll".

I was able to get PnP put into place. I am also a professional Everquest lawyer. I also am employed and donated money.

This is another prime example as to why this server failed. On live being blacklisted and a self policed server prevented all sorts of types of shitty behavior. Since that does not exist here due to low population, we have to rely on gm enforced rule sets to keep the peace. Sadly, our pvp policies are not or will never be specific enough to deal with that. Compound the fact we have no gms actively enforcing rules creates a Wild West mentality full of people on both sides who do shitty things and 7-30 days later are back doing it again on their toons. It won't ever be fixed until something drastic happens which needs to be from both staff and guild leaders.
I personally dispelled mobs on live in pvp but it was for pvp to get said mobs. On here it's used as a griefing tactic. Now let all the forum trolls (another major issue) and shit talking continue.

Look-parking a lvl 1 toon there to spy, and logging in all these different toons to disrupt the quest mob ( not even pvping) is not good sportsmanlike behavior.. Deathstar ( out of range wizard lvl 55) trains the quest mob to death away from the ( 60lvl enchanter ) is bullshit.

There are like 6-8 people who have nothing better to do but follow apex around trying to disrupt raids as often as possible. Those points coupled with the fact that empire had literally double apex numbers make it fairly self-explanatory why it is becoming such an issue.

I don't really know what your point is. Eq is a pve game first and foremost. Always has been. If you call pvp dispelling a raid mob and frantically trying to make it to the zone out or to a pack of mobs to suicide on to avoid yt then red is thriving too.

Apex has roughly 28-32 during prime time raids where as Empire was fielding 60-80. So when you have 20-30 extra useless keyboard smashers to toss into an adjacent zone for PvP that strategy works.

The people coming have no intentions of PvPing. They come only grief or log in out of range toons to pell or train our raids.

Outside of ToV we've had great PvP fights with Epidemic and TD. PRAS PvP just not the cowardly bullshit these fools are doing in ToV.
