Can't log in to Kunark beta

For some reason I get a message saying that i can't connect to cabeast on this version of everquest when I try to log in to the Kunark Beta server. I'm sorry if this has been covered before or if it is something that I should know already, but if anyone might know why I would love to log some time on the beta server.
