All points into STA.
Most of the high AC armor(velious dragon drops like dragonspine/horn, etc) have STR on them and Crusty armor for cheap STA is not available to lizards. The rather awesome PoFear iksar only SK armor is also slanted towards STR and is also named Greenmist armor! So if you get your Greenmist you can Greenmist while you Greenmist.

Hahaha I appreciate it man! that's actually what I was thinking, wasn't sure if I should dump some into int or just go all STA. I appreciate the Feedback and I will Greenmist while I Greenmist hahaha :D

Also as of right now im farming some plats to help me purchase a Fungi, only at 14k right now. is it worth saving up for it or should I get a Ikky BP and just focus on my other items ?

Idk since he's a knight I would think int would be a better investment. I guess some high level SKs PAL could chime in here. Int/wis vs Stam?

Old world and Kunark era I used to recommend a good amount of Strength for non-large races, but that's less of an issue now with Velious out and all that cheap strength gear readily available. That being said, points in Strength don't necessarily hurt; they just aren't so important as they used to be.
Stamina's a safe dump stat for a tank type. If you can't think of anywhere else to put points you won't go wrong putting them there.
Intelligence isn't that big a deal for Shadow Knights. Some argument is made for a Paladin placing points in Wisdom since they're often used as secondary healers in raid situations and sometimes have to self heal when solo, both of which like having a larger mana pool. Shadow Knights don't run into mana pool limitations anywhere near so often. It can happen, to be sure, especially if you're having a difficult pull and have to feign and snare a bunch of times, but it isn't a frequent problem. Trolls get by with really low intelligence levels. That being said, really high-end gear can leave a Shadow Knight with both capped Strength and Stamina, but typically the class won't cap Intelligence, so if you plan to do the high-end (meaning North Temple Veeshan, basically) then points here won't hurt.
I've even known a couple Shadow Knights who went full Dexterity at creation with the assumption of improving Epic proc rate (that's some long-term planning!) but I personally wouldn't like building my character around a single item.
Typing all that up, I feel like nothing quite so much as Velious provides sufficient stat gear to make up any stat deficiency. Because of that, in practice it hardly matters where you put your points at creation. You can't "break" a character anymore like you could a constantly-encumbered 70 strength Dark Elf back in the pre-expansion game. In short: Stamina's fine, otherwise you can put them in Strength, or Intelligence, or mix them around a bit between all three and any combination will give satisfactory results in the long run.

Remember, disease cloud is your friend - unless you have an enchanter who wants to mez adds but you disease clouded everything :p
When you get shadow vortex at 39, pre build aggro on the next mob with it, mezzed or just rooted.
