My monk is a 54 iksar, currently wearing a Fungi. I have access to an eroded leather tunic which I could use, but how useful is invigorate to a iksar fungi monk? Probably better selling tunic and upgrading my Schw.

I'f youre still using SCHW your #1 focus should be getting your epic

I assume that invigorate eliminates the need to carry bandages, and that you would continue to wear your fungi until eternity unless you need to raise MR for a specific fight.

I agree - trade SCHW away, get a FBSS, sell the fungi if it will allow you to buy your epic. Otherwise, keep fungi, get FBSS and continue working towards epic.

I am using a tstaff, jm, Sos . I have a silvery belt of contention at my disposal too. Ideally, I could sell eroded tunic and silvery... then purchase a RBB. I'm only 3 fights from epic, just been lazy. I guess my main question is should I keep the tunic for self heal or sell to gain superior haste. Thx for feedback.

Invigorate won't replace battle bandaging or sneak bandaging.

If you have dedicated CHs or heals dont see anything wrong with wearing the hp (though dont forget ti switch to the fungi when you can)

Fungi/shroud is the best monk BP by a pretty significant margin unless you are tanking something that hits very hard. Even then, the only bp i can see that'd be worth wearing over fungi when tanking things that dunk is the ikatiar bp.
Invigorate has a 15 second cast time, so it heals slower than bandages.
If you're using the invigorate BP, then you lose out on the fungi regen, which makes the invigorate BP heal even less.
Also, you can't invigorate other people.

@60 iksar monk
Racial seated regen - 18 /tick (44/2.5 ticks)
Fungi - 15hp /tick (37.5/2.5 ticks)
Regrowth - 15hp/tick (37.5/2.5 ticks)
Total regen in 15s - 119hp
Bind wound at 210 - 84 hp heal /bind (pretty sure you dont get seated regen bonus while bind wounding. Alsonot sure bind wound duration)
V.
Invigorate - 100 hp/15 seconds (2.5 ticks)
Standing regen - 12hp/tick (30/2.5 ticks)
Regrowth - 15 hp/tick (37.5/2.5 ticks)
Total regen in 15s - 167.5hp
I dont waste time bandaging personally, but if you have regrowth, a fungi, and are an iksar sitting for regen you get a fair amount back passively. I prefer the mobility vs clickie heal myself. There are a lot of times where i flat out dont have 15s to heal myself, so i think its worth having and using both :D

also,
http://wiki.project1999.com/Ice_Burrower_Skin - Free
http://wiki.project1999.com/Grand_Master%27s_Chest_Wraps - 30k? on BP Gems..
Sell the chest wraps :) and get your epic..the Burrower Skin is nice to have when you have dedicated heals and are tanking over the fungi

The laziness issue is a good point and a pro for bandages over invigorate; Bind wound can be macroed, so you can blast out a minutes worth of bandaging, regaining almost 500hp at the press of a button (or if an afk is anticipated 4 bandages and a sit).
I remember getting an invigorate click on my live warrior and found it next to useless, though this was PoP era iirc.

For classic EQ you should always be wearing Robe of The Whistling Fist. Yes you need to quest for it twice
Can you expand a bit Spyder; why? Does it stack with the epics?
