I don't know about elsewhere, but I can confirm it drops off holgresh. Two guildies camped a couple copies of it last week with success.

Answer is Velious mobs of appropriate level. For example, I've seen it drop in Velk's as well. Spiders dogs blah blah blah.

Same formula as Kunark spells. Aka why people sometimes try to farm Cliff Golems in OT / Guardian Wurms in SF for spells.

There aren't any that drop specifically off of mob_name_123.

It's mob level "x-y" in "z" expansion released zone.

Can confirm I've gotten it to drop from the sirens in CS while hunting for hair for shawl.

Could have sworn to high holy hell I've also seen a copy from Velk's.

A lot of those mobs only have 1 or 2 recorded drops, so it is entirely believable that lesser visited camps on live can drop this spell, just it hasn't been recorded yet.

As you show it can only be used as a guideline for p99, not a definitive resource.

Can also confirm it drops from Holgresh. I got a few copies there.
