Panic Animal missing land message

According to http://wiki.project1999.com/Panic_Animal, the land message should be: "Someone flees in a state of total panic!"

Added Casting Text to the Following spells (the messages in brackets will now appear upon a successful use of the spell):
Panic Animal (soandso flees in a state of total panic!)
Terrorize Animal (soandso runs away in terror!)
Repulse Animal (soandso is utterly repulsed!)
Acumen (soandso's eyes tingle)
