Spell file error preventing me from loading in

Hi, so this morning I had no issues logging in and playing but now when I get to char select screen it tells me my spell files in EQchanges are not up to date and need replacing. I used the files from Getting Started page (which has not changed since I logged in and played earlier today) and extracted them to my EQ folder. twice now. I am still getting the Spell Files out of date issue at char select, and cannot see my characters or log in to them. This has never happened before...any help? thank you

Restart your computer.

Restarting did not help. any other suggestions?

Last thing it says on bottom "character" spot is (ERRORCODE DLL-2)

The spell files from the Getting Started guide are out of date, and shouldn't be downloadable unless your browser has the zip stored in temp files. So if you're installing those, that would explain the issue - here are the current files: http://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files43.zip

Sadly this is happening to me as well.

I tried using the files posted above but they didn't change anything :(

iirc werent you supposed to delete some files upon extraction?

Once that is completed, the following files must be DELETED or MOVED OUT OF the Titanium directory:

arena.eqg
arena_EnvironmentEmitters.txt
lavastorm.eqg
nektulos.eqg
Nektulos_EnvironmentEmitters.txt

Failure to delete these files will result in problems accessing certain zones.
