Currently, OOA seems immune to all spells. On live, he's slowable, lifetap lands easily and hes stunnable. He's much more resistant to fire/ice/poison/disease but his MR is left pretty low

On here, pet lifetap doesnt land which means he has really high resistance to magic(if not immune).

I'd be interested to see if he is still as difficult to land spells on when characters are higher level (say 55-60). He very well could have a resist problem, but even if he were working properly I believe that he'd still probably resist most of the spells cast on him. Browsed through that thread and most of it seems to post date Kunark and levels aren't really mentioned.

Just a suggestion - anything you consider to support the idea that he is broken from that thread, edit into your original post so that the Developers don't have to waste time searching through all those posts for it. Would imagine their time is better spent doing other things.
