Strange issue with enchanter pet, very repeatable, as this happened to me 10-20 times before I finally decided it was a bug and posted it here.

At the goblin camp in Najena, the room where 3 goblins spawn, I will soothe a magician and a warrior, pull the 3rd one which is a warrior, and kill it. NP.

Next I resoothe the other warrior. No resists, it lands perfectly fine. I cast mez on the magician so we can finish its pet before it comes after us. We kill the pet, NP. Mez breaks on magician. Enchanter pet flips out. And...flips out on the wrong target.

He attacks the soothed warrior, who has not touched a single hair on my head. He does it _every_single_time.

As you know, enchanters cannot control their pets, so there is absolutely no way I could have accidentally ordered him to attack. Warriors can't nuke, and I've always been well away from melee distance, so I know I'm not being hit unexpectedly.

For the sake of clarity, location of this camp: +196, -87, -9

Have heard of issues with mage pet in there as well but haven't seen it first hand.

Edit: Been having random stuff come after me while gating too. Once again, didnt want to mention without consistency, so this time after gating I paid attention: No melee hits on me or nukes done to me whatsoever when I gate (bound at zoneline within Najena), but almost immediately afterwards, ( I suppose as my pet is trying to find me ), I start seeing 'Taunting attacker, Master.'

had this happen in Befallen as well on my chanter. Same exact scenario. Pet racing into a room I'm not in to attack a mob i soothed, that had not hit me or attacked me in any way. The mob is usually a putrid skeleton or a rat...whatever. IE., a mob that can't hit me with a ranged attack to draw the pets aggro.

Are you guys sure that it's not the warrior attacking the pet first?

It doesn't run after my pet, my pet runs after it.

Although given, this has happened most often when I have one mezzed magician in the room - so maybe as hes going to attack the magician, the warrior attacks him? Regardless, the warrior is still soothed, and the magician still had yet to do any harm to me.

Based on the fact that my pet sits there and stares at anything that "tries" to hit me and wont attack until damage is actually dealt to me, as I expect it is supposed to function, I'm going to say there's something going on.

Same, Iwas in a hall the mob i soothed was in a room i could see into. It never got near my pet.
