When can a rogue solo AC to get Jboots?

I am taking Swish's advice from here on out, and going to work hard and earn everything else I get on my rogue.

I plan to do my own epic on this rogue (never did it before), and I want to get some Jboots.

When can I solo that sumbitch for my Jboots as a rogue? Anyone know?

I remember soloing on live at low 40s shortly after luclin came out (untwinked) with invoke fear or w/e spammed on the SRO AC.

He's 46 or under in South Ro, right?

At 60 you can potentially one shot him (but you will forfeit fte most likely)

OOT's AC is probably around level 40, depending on how well geared and buffed you are I suppose you'll need to be 50+ for sure, probably upper 50s?

Use poisons and intimidate if you're level appropriate

Or earn 6-7k and buy a MQ. That's another option.
I don't know when rogues can solo. Did AC with my magician each time I camped a ring for my toons.

If you can solo sand giants you can solo South Ro's ancient cyclops. Should be doable at level 40, unless yer bad. Pro tip: invest in a bow and buy some Flight Arrows (http://wiki.project1999.com/Flight_Arrow).

Damn, I hadn't thought about it, but since the PBAoE nerf, I have no idea how I would farm the SRO AC! I used to load up all the mobs, and cast Freezing Winds of Gelid to camp him.

ok cool thanks man. only lvl 19 so long way off anyway. I rotate through alts, I just thought as I was leveling this rogue a bit if and when I could kill the AC for Jboots, without buying a MQ from the FAT CATS of EC. :D

You do know he just has a chance to spawn at 9pm, regardless of what you do or don't do?

Oh, god. It's the blind leading the blind. Sure, take advice from a troll who has never hit level 60 and that now plays on the server for the prison colony. That will have good results.

You want some real advice? Level a solo/farming class first, like ENC/NEC/SHM/MAG. Or even a porting class like WIZ/DRU. Make plat. Then twink out melee alts.

Get a fungi, click jboots, and use flight arrows. Should be able to solo np

Rogue can solo the SRO AC easily, prob at lvl 25 and beyond if you are twinked

but I wouldnt bother going about this route for your jboots, save up plat buy other things and just invest in SoW potions

you wont be able to solo south ro AC because as soon as 9pm hits 24 druids will port in and ks it from you and you will do 54 damage to it total by the time it dies

Well, like all good things on this server, I will just have to wait my filthy casual time for it then. Maybe if I am 60, I can KS the AC from them? :D

OOT AC is 43-45 lvl iirc, and SRo AC is ~31 in level.
