Kazen Fecae and Necro epic

Hello everyone. I just have a few questions on Kazen that i couldn't find with search or on the wiki.
*Does anyone know what his respawn timer is?
*How often is he camped?
*Is it common to see him up or are groups always killing him for earring?
*Group size to kill him and get necro quest item?

Very rarely

He is almost always up

He hits for 1300 max but only single/double attacks and spends a lot of his time casting spells instead of meleeing. I've trioed him a few times using 2 melees/1 cleric and charmed pet (the bard outside of Arena zone). But he's got around 17-22k hp
