Have to say, doesn't anyone else remember from live that Velious Plate was different color? Thurg = Silver, SS = Gold, Kael = Blue???

I remember SS armor being blue from live and Kael may have been gold. For high elves at least the base armor (Thurg) is gold so it really messes with the tints layed over top of it and that's why you see some green and some blue clerics wearing the same armor pieces :mad:

Veliouis armor color depended on the class.

Thurg was usually always silver.

Kael:
SK: Blood Red
Pal: Sky Blue
Cleric: Dark Purple
Warrior: Blue

Skyshrine:
SK: midnight purple
Pal: Blue
Cleric: Blue
Warrior: shit brown with a hue of gold. Most warriors rocked SS gauntlets + full Kael. From a fashion standpoint, can't blame em.

Bardly Skyshrine armor was grey, Kael reddish brown. No idea about Thurg, PoG looked nice though.

Crystal Chitin, and some of the Velious class armor looks identical - I think like one of the warrior sets, one of the cleric sets, and one of the bard sets. Oh and Guardian armor too, which is multiclass.

Wood elf custom helm is what makes the look doe.

Thurg was silver, SS was blue and Kael was like a darker blue (navvy blue?). But then of course they released dyes and then all my characters looked like bumble bees :)

If you got to the Allakhazam entry for an item it lists the colour and skin an armour uses.

Lucy.allakhazam.com do an item search and it will show you an RGB of the color tint for the armor you searched for.

She looks pretty slick i have to say. There was a human warrior I saw who looked better though imho. I can't remember his name, but he has velious plate helm with this dark blue plate on the rest of his slots, Think he had the light sabers too. It got so bad that every time I saw him I had to comment about how sexy he looked. It started to get a little bit weird though. I felt like I was this creepy sexual predator guy hitting on him due to how impressed with his fashion questing I was.

This character had Champions Armor. Just fyi for all those discussing it though yes it looks just like Crystal chitin. I just loved the way this char was looking and playing a Wood Elf warrior my first character on live going from bronze to fine plate, oh man good stuff.
