I zoned into Kithicor and EQ crashed to desktop. I tried to relog back in and continues to crash. I can log into any other character and play but, EQ keeps crashing to desktop when trying to log back on to my character now stuck in Kithicor Forest.

Three things come to mind
1: Is kithicor down? (probably not, but worth asking)
2: Can you use a different computer to try to login?
3: Can you move a different (E.G. lv 1 halfling temp alt) character to kithicor successfully?
Edit:
If you can't get anywhere with this, you should put in a /petition in-game or put a new thread into the petition forum (http://www.project1999.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25)

Sounds like you have some problem with your install.
If I was having your problem, I'd reinstall EQ As well as trying with an EQ install on a different PC.
If the install on the other PC doesn't work in kith as well, I would guess there's some problem with your install source (corruption, scratches, CRC problems, etc) and you'll need to acquire a new install source.
If the install on a second PC did work, I would assume that there's some kind of specific conflict on PC#1. I'd guess it'd be more likely to be a GPU/driver problem, possibly need to try a different driver revision. I've had to use old outdated drivers for EQ on certain Nvidia cards.
On a side note, this might be unrelated, but when was the last time you restarted your PC // defragmented your HDD?
I've had the crash loop of doom you describe on PCs that have been on for a few months without being shutdown (once restarted, worked fine), as well as PCs with very high fragmentation. (I once had a PC that shut off instantly when you ejected the CD tray, until it was defragmented, then it stopped that crap)

Reinstalled on both SSD and HD same issue restart has not fixed anything. Trying to get another copy of discs but, that may take sometime. Hope a GM can atleast move my character back for the time being.
