Charmed pet

Hey there, I have a quick question. I was told that it is possible to make a charmed pet dual wield a 2h and a 1h. Can someone confirm or deny this statement and if it is at all possible, how do you have to proceed in the hand out of the weapons?

To give more details, I was specifically told that you can have a charmed pet in HS dual wield a Staff of undead legion and a ghoulbane.

Whats the point of this? Don't they do the same damage regardless of the weap DPS?

weapon procs... charmed pets tend to proc a lot, esp if you boon them

Or stats. Mithril 2h is a 36% haste sword with a bad ratio. Great for pets.

Nah I tried that, i gave him a rusty 1h, then i handed it a rusty 2h and he just never equipped it. Is it some kind of bug that it is using it but not shown graphically?

Try handing it weapons of different types (e.g. a slashing 2H and a blunt 1H) and see if the combat spam includes both types of damage.

Give the pet first a torch then the staff of undead legions and it should DW, used to work at least. As far as I know there is no way to get the pet to DW staff + Ghoulbane

For funsies, use a bard lute in place of a torch :p

...then if a necro charming an undead pet, add voice graft and start tapping out lyrics to your favorite tunes <3
