Can you MQ the final parts of the mage epic?

Example:

One character has---> Element of Water, Element of Fire

Other Character Has ---> Element of Earth , Element of Air

I've done it successfully on Live recently but no idea about P99.

it is possible... but the MQers might have to be mages... because it is in plane of sky and knowing what I know about questing up there..
that being said, I have done one of the necro quests as a cleric... the tradable reward item, but the person to spawn npc must be of the same class. This might work in the same way. But, is it worth the risk?

I MQ'd the peg cloak on live as a ranger for a mage friend back in early pop era so it was definitely possible after a time but no idea here. We didnt expect the cloak to drop so mage wasnt in the vicinity and i was forced to loot it up and power level from 40-46 just to do the turn in on my alt heh.

Have also MQ'd the swirling sphere of color as a cleric on live around the same time for a ranger but that turn in is in Erudin iirc. Im really not sure why those mechanics would be different here unless the devs dislike mqing so much that they specifically made it that way. I dont think Rogean is a big fan of MQs actually so may not be worth the risk.

Ogee MQed the earth staff with his ogre shm, and Uyan MQed one as a troll shm so you shouldn't have a problem doing it as any class or race.

Hmm, are you sure about epic quests though? Cause I thought all quests after kunark release are all MQable, sky was released before tho and they haven't updated the code...or something...I think.
