There was a thread about this sometime ago but I can't seem to find it. Currently NToV guard drakes and flurries faction hits are too high, akin to a dragon kill. They should be a whole lot lower.
I believe there was sufficient proof and research done in the other thread raised if someone can find it and link. Makes it difficult to farm flurries atm with a faction hit this high

I was Kindly to CoV last night. I took a single faction hit from an NToV dragon guard (which my live logs show to be a -50 hit) and I dropped to apprehensively. Suggesting the P99 values are actually at a minimum of -500 faction.
Can we get this fixed? ToV is destroying faction way faster than it should be just doing trash clears.
Any dragon guard (2 at the Lords/Ladies/Aary, 4 at Eashen and 6 at Vulak) - Should be a -50 CoV hit
Any Flurry drake or trash mob should be a -10 CoV hit
Any named raid mob (all with FTE messages) should be a -500 CoV hit
Currently the dragon guards and flurry drakes/trash mobs have hugely inflated faction values.

Basically the NToV guards and flurry drakes are dropping faction considerably when their hits should be in the 10's and 50's

On P99 we killed 2 Flurry drakes and 2 trash mobs (-120 CoV), this dropped some people from Ally to Amiable. That should not happen, most of the time you shouldn't even drop out of Ally, at a max Warmly.
If the faction values could be revised to match the live values that would be fantastic!
The ones above should be the correct values adjusted for NToV drake guards and flurry drakes

Starting to think there's now a dev policy of just not touching the endgame zones for any reason, no matter how well documented or trivial. If that's the case then P99 is pretty much 'done'.
I would hope that the current hits from live are not deemed sufficient without some corroborating evidence from that era.

That may be, but outside of live faction hits it's almost impossible to get legacy posts corroborating faction hits and amounts for these mobs back then (outside of what folks recall).
In any case nilbog has reviewed live values and adjusted them before, case in point the post below:

If there's no hard data either way (which I think is the current situation), the Live values should take precedence, since I can't see why they would have changed.

Should fix the Wakening Lands Giants faction hits to go along with this fix. For WAY too long have P99ers easymode CoV factioned in WL getting non-classic hits. The frost Giants should all be 1 faction for CoV out there per kill, even the named.

Yes, updated WL giants, Kael quest giants, and some raid dragons in TOV whose faction hits weren't severe enough.
