the lvl 16 necro spell infectious cloud is currently only hitting 4 mobs. Wiki has no limit on this spell and i can find no limit using wayback on zam. this seems like a bug

It's a targeted AoE spell, those all have a 4 target limit I believe. Only PbAoE spells hit all the things
