Returning player here and have a few questions on the state of archery haste now in velious.
I've seen some conflicting information on whether worn haste does or doesn't affect archery, additionally, are quivers giving haste? If so is it stacking? Is the ratio from quivers truly 1/3 the weight reduction as haste?
I have also read/heard that only swift wind and fleeting quiver aren't working?
If not what is the current go to quiver and is raincaller still the go to bow?

Nice.. I just got myself a tolans bracer and velium bow.. its pretty fun to use when solo to bring it down to some 60% together with dots before I head in and tank it down. Altough bows are awfully slow compared to melee.

Nice thing about fleeting quiver and some worn haste is that u can make two arrowshots and then sit down when mana ticks.. that way you have much more mana left for dots/roots/healing.
It's just boring that bow-damage is so damn slow, it feels good in theory but I dont understand why it has to be so many misses when your skill is like 230.

There was a bug report however long ago that worn haste was not affecting bows. No idea if that was fixed.
