should banks be allowed to see where the money is going. what type of government would facilitate this kind of oversight?

and should we vote for it? Why or why not?

If the government starts paying for college education it sould be limited to sciece degrees only in the fundamental catagories of science, mathmatatics, engineering, and applied mechanics. Im not going to belittle the role of arts in society. They are a necessary part of any culture. However, I dont feel $250,000/student in tuition is necessary for arts to thrive. If the government is going to spend my tax dollars on free education, it sure as hell better spend them in a way that puys us at the forefront of discovery and application of discovery.

Sounds like a troll thread to me. Don't like artists? An Associates is about overkill. Many go for certs now, though the most helpful for an associates is with animation, or even bachelors really as it's often classified as a science. Animation goes beyond entertainment, and often pays as much as programming, which in a lot of respects it is. Animation is part of my employment skill-set, along with programming, in the field of robotics for real-world experience. Maybe you can take up body painting classes...

Agreed. No vouchers. Hillary wants to give out 20,000 -40,000 dollar tax payer vouchers to "college students" to use towards the college of their choice.

Also, the second question, should private loan and banking agencies "Sallie Mae", et al be able to dictate the terms of the loan? What the money is being used on?

Should we enact federal legislation to require banks to offer certain types of loan subsidies, but only for certain circumstances? Is that too much central planning in 2016? And is it constitutional to do so?

Seems better idea than free college, for jobs creation, no?

if robots will do all the real work anyway what point is there in learning actual skills that matter? All degree's should be in poetry and nothing else.
