I was on..tried to switch characters and instead of logging out to char select it dumped me to to login page and now I can't log in. I have ATT GigaPower (Gigabit Uverse) so it's not just TW and Comcast.

what is proper protocol when an issue like this is being had and affecting everyone? Does someone make a post in petition forum? Just curious if those that need to know are aware.

Yeah that is a good question. I always see a thread develop in the server forum and the tech support forum so apparently it's not clear to anyone. :p
