Cubert in Qeynos Sewers is far to rare. He should at least be 25-50% chance to spawn (with a 10% chance to drop the dress). I have camped the spot for an hour and a half and had 1 pop (in 180 spawns). Please look into this.

I camped him for about the same time, had 5 spawns (no dress) :/

I camped him for about an hour and a half back in November. He spawned like maybe 3-4 times, respawns were nearly instant at the time (not sure if that's still the case).

He dropped the dress the last time but I got the crappy reward instead of the earring. At that point I decided that gaining experience somewhere would be a better use of my time.

He shared more spawn points than he should and they were too low. He will now have the correct spawn loc and a higher chance to spawn.

Just FYI, not a big issue, but Cubert seems really rare to me, dress is really rare and I haven't heard of anybody getting an earring on the turn in. On live I always left Qeynos with a pair of these to wear or trade... took some work but weren't manastone rare to get.

Killed this guy a dozen times last night and saw no dress.

I helped someone with this quest and they got the dress and earrings several times. It is just a rare drop and you have to really be committed sometimes to get the earring as the reward.

Ive now got upwards to 50 cubert kills, only maybe 10 dresses over 5+ hours of camping across several occasions.

0 earrings, about 10 wonderful hematites.

Camped this innumerable times on retail over the years, on every char I ever created. Always got multiple earrings to use/sell. They were far easier to get. I'd say turn in for reward was earring 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 at worse. Robe drop was also far more common.

Not just spawn rate, drop rate and reward rate. This earring was not hard to get, even with slower respawn times.
