Where do you find the server. And whats the rules....i would definantly be interested starting new with every one else. Starting new on a pvp server with all the old school twinks has been rough lol

With the new improvements, I believe this season should last 3 months or more.

The point of the server is competitive PVP. The server is actually about PVP , with a hint of PVE. It's well designed and is a very fun place to play. I was skeptical last season , but was bugged to try it. I am glad I did, it was a fuckin blast.

whats great about red99 is being able to log characters in from years ago, looking around for a bit wherever you are, maybe reading ooc (if there's anything to read), then logging out again

Keep in mind that Dev has full Kunark and Velious working, so you never know.

Velious is too big for Zek boxes and the gear gap between starting fresh and Velious gear is too much for my taste. I'm sure people with high play times enjoyed it more. I know you can progress fast but small crews end up leveling 2-3 chars per person and with such a small server life it still ends up being a lot of grinding/farming to get characters geared.

With PvP points giving you all the gear from the expansions the additional zones essentially become pointless anyways so I doubt you will see expansions open with PvP vendors in.

I think the Kunark boxes hit the sweet spot that gave the longest server life. Additional PvE without large gear gaps for new players to deal with.

Agree with everything. Just to mention, with the correct set up, You can one group everything up to Sleepers tomb. Kunark could be a thing on season 3

I can't imagine a normal human beings reaction to trying to play a server like this. You join a day after launch thinking it will be a fun fresh start server. You zone into one of the two viable portals for newbies and get blasted by full groups with epics and Velious gear. It really is a stone wall barrier keeping any players not connected to zek previously or red99 from playing.
