How to Override Taskbar In Windowed Mode For Win7

Hiya, I have been stuck on this issue for a while now! My Taskbar is always locked but EQ tends to override it and I'd like the option to keep the Taskbar there full-time rather than having to tab out constantly. Anyone know the solution to this problem? I would greatly appreciate it!

Ty Uthgaard but sadly Windows 7 doesn't give me the option to have my taskbar overlay, my taskbar is "locked" but it seems there is no option under Taskbar Properties that allows me to keep the taskbar on top of other windows :-(

You can lower your resolution and position the window so the taskbar shows or use EQWindows.

Download WinEQ and it should work.

If it still isn't working, what worked for me was to go into options->display->video modes and set my resolution to the native desktop resolution. Sometimes it defaults to something funky, or the options menu before you log in won't have a full list of resolutions (the in-game menu will have more options for you to choose from).
