My DoT messages are considered what in filter?

I'm just trying to keep my main chat window less cluttered, and I've had relative success aside from my DoT spell messages still appearing in my main chat window. Are DoT messages not considered spells? Any have a solution?

I believe that's (stupidly) contained in "Other" - I'd recommend making a separate chat window exclusively for "Other" messages.

Thanks, I was hoping I could just change the font color of spells to something different.

You can do that by opening the options window and going to the Colors tab. Everything should be changeable in there. :)
