What are some good cash camps for necros at 49? Even low 50s? I'd like to know what loot is available for a necro to solo for. I also enjoy afk camping places that aren't so common, but highly rewarding with EXP/Loot/PP.

Guards, guards, more guards.
49-51 Grobb guards, always drop at least 12p worth of vendor trash.
51-54 Felwithe guards, always drops at least 20p worth of vendor trash.
(alternatively) 51-54 Wakening lands Faerie dragons and goos, dragons drop quest gems frequently (100p-1.5k) and goos drop trash worth 0-175p.
51-60 Brownie guards in Lfay, drop brownie parts (10p/per) and morning dew (20p/per) to sell in EC.
51-57 Kaladim guards, always drops ~15p worth of trash.
...I'm a big proponent of leveling off vendor trash mobs. Consistent Exp and plat will get you through leveling, then at 60 you can bother with specific item camps. Either that, or places you can Dot up a mob then alt+tab worry free.
I'm not too familiar with item camps for the low 50s anymore, aside from FBSS.

You can try the goblin gazhugi ring camp. All low level mobs but you have to kill tons in order for the sarnak courier to spawn. And even then the drop chance is low. But this camp is relaxed and the item sells very well (above 5k).

Just wanted to say, I've farmed maybe a dozen gazughi rings on this server, and this camp is not relaxing at all. Mobs are on a 30 second respawn timer and wander immediately upon pop. Lots and lots of wanderers too.
While its an easy camp (I've camped it at 39 as a druid, necro and ench), you will have 0 time away from your screen/waiting on two mobs to respawn every 30 seconds... and its not uncommon for it to take 4-6 hours for a ring.

Or in my case it was 40 hours. No joke - on my 35 necro Backpacklye. Killed somewhere in the ballpark of 100 couriers before getting it to drop.

Camp is relaxed in so far as you wont die there :) But yes, lots of stuff to do.

By relaxed I was hoping for something more along the lines of killing for 10 minutes, then afk medding, or maybe a longer spawn like 30-60 minutes. I'm almost 49 now

Sounds like CoM is for you, safest exp ever up to 55ish, then you should move away.

Oh I already meant second floor when I said up to 55ish. Ground floor is only good to ding 53, then it slows down just too much. I suggest ding 54 and 55 on 2nd floor, then just leave CoM after you have like 10% in 55 and do HS.
If you're brave, go to HS at 54 actually, you get Deflux at 54 and this makes charm solo quite a bit more pleasant imo.
Alternatively, if you're still not sick of CoM by the time you're 55, you can go higher up to the "3rd floor" or w/e you wanna call it, mobs there tend to be a little higher, but in HS you can actually get loot in addition to exp.

Duo charm with another necro. Fastest exp I found leveling up. Doesn't matter where.
This isn't what you were asking for, but the previous posters covered that.

What level would you recommend starting charming for exp as a necro? I twinked a necro the other day and at levels 20-25 found it to be subpar exp to charm. Dominate Undead costs 100 mana and it takes way too long to regen that mana back up even with Allure of Death to warrant for good exp rate.
I hear people saying you can start charming for exp as soon as you get the first charm spell, which is true, you CAN do it. But when does it become the best exp option?

lower guk dead side. plenty of undead which is a necros strong point. plenty of item drops all over the zone, respawn of 28.5min. other than that is howling stones though the big items dont really drop until south and you are not at the point to do south yet. There are some items in the other wings but not usually worth the effort solo.

The first time I personally realized the charming exp was superior was in the late 30s on my necro (who's now in the late 40s regardless of my signature). Kaesora church area was godly exp once I got the pulls down.
Prior to that, I guess if someone is feeling ballsy then Castle Mistmoore might be doable at night. I'm sure Unrest has spots but that place and CM both are overcamped so I didn't really see the potential until Kaesora.
I think there's also a spot in FoB with some mobs you can charm in the 30s. Never explored it myself.

Also, I hadn't tried much of Guk but the couple times I did that ghoul root was a super huge PITA. It's manageable with a disenchant and all that but i just remember between that and the caster mobs it was more effort than it needed to be (but I also may have been too low).

Kaesora library is also really good xp as well.
I soloed there higher end of my 30's there on my enchanter.
And if you're really brave, you can go in there actual library for a chance at a named with some cool-ish items.

Can a necro solo Tserrina?
What level are Felwithe guards? I know that it's "not worth" going there until 51 because of Splurt, but I also know that by the time you get there they are allegedly a mix of light and dark blues. When are they white?
Can a necro solo Tserrina?
Depends. At what level does her charm spell cap? 51? Does it even cap?

I started Felwithe guards at 49, but I fear kited until I got splurt. I'd go into the "back" zone (Felwithe B?) with the caster guilds. You can fear kite in the open area right near the entrance. Necros get a really nice boost at 49 with the new pet, darkness, blood, and bond of death spells, and you can mow the guards down fairly well. Keep them feared though because they will heal/lay hands themselves.
Once you get splurt then root rotting works just fine in either Felwithe zone.
