THis is the quest to get your newbie item back. For me as a monk my shackle of dust. When you get to the part where you need to get a mortar and pestle from the mortician, in West cabalis at loc 163.86, 662.8, 16.75 the phrase I desire a Mortar and pestle does not work. I have tried every version I can think of.
