Dusty Old Finger Bones - respawn time

Hey, I went yesterday to Kedge Keep to loot the Dusty Old Finger Bones for my pally Divine might spell.
I went to the loc listed on the wiki page, but there was nothing on the rock.
Do u know what is the respawn time of these bones ?

Did you try logging out then back in and checking? Did they ever fix that bug?
