Gordon Walton (UO guy who made a PvE UO server when that was heresy) has made it pretty clear in interviews that server-side statistics show people will put up with a fair amount of griefing in order to get the deeper immersion of a PvP server, but that usually on those servers a handful of people just take it way too far, and you wind up with a server that's all wolves and no sheep. Not sure why anybody is surprised when this happens.

I don't know what point you are trying to make, but if your goal is to draw blue players to red, you are being counterproductive by telling them they are pussies because they are afraid of you wrecking their "shitty" exp groups.

Nobody will want to come play with you if you talk to them like this.

They also don't give a fuck about how good or bad you or they are at PvP, so shaming them for being bad at it won't work either.

Try something else.
