Non-Magic Archery Causing Damage to Wisps

I noticed today while hunting a willowisp in Erud's Crossing that my ranged attack was dealing damage to wisps.

My weapons are Longbow and Class 1 Wood Point Arrow. Neither of these are magical.

I cannot recall non-magic bows dealing damage to wisps, so I think this might be a bug.
