Raster of GUk

According to wiki... and my experience a week ago, Raster was spawning 3 times an EQ day at 5am, 10am, and 7-8pm.

Starting today when I got on around 1pm PST, I have not seen Raster make his 5am appearance. Please fix XD

Doesn't he have the chance to spawn then? Meaning he doesn't necessarily spawn.

sorry, I meant a PH which should spawn at 5am game time isn't spawning. I'll be checking again to confirm~

confirming that 5am PH isn't spawning 100% of the time. 10am pops, and even the 7-8pm pop seems to be spotty. had a PH pop at 10pm instead of 7-8 earlier.

plz fix. raster is boring T.T and I've been here for i can't count how long anymore T.T
