10, oh deep purple, yeah it's a hit or miss for some. I'd take GNR over Ozzy for guitar, though I do play some Ozzy songs which are easy. Just look at (https://youtu.be/f4NOJ42-BKM?t=411) that beautiful thing shash has :) nice full mellow sound coming out of that les paul. it's magical. Don't ever underestimate good humbuckers for solid leads. They may not punch, but they do enchant. BTW just to point out, this isn't exclusive to just the vid list nor particular genre.

Oh yeah, I've seen this done, I like classical. Classical to rock, rock to classical, imo works well, and you will find many rock musicians claim inspiration out of classical.

This was amazing, but didn't need the drum accompaniment as far as I'm concerned. You don't have to morph music into heavy metal for it to rock. The electric guitar is a rock machine on its own. Yngwie Malmsteen proved this with his concerto for electric guitar, which stands as possibly my favorite album of all time.
