In California , the majority of Hot Cheetos consumed is by the Mexican populous.

Is this true for you? What are your thoughts?

Are we talking the delicious jalapeño ones or the nasty red ones, because that matters for imminent tangent. I only assumed the jalapeño ones were available in my area do to large Mexican population. They didn't have them more populated whiter areas for a long time. I have never actually observed a Mexican eating them though, so the association may be unwarranted. Misplaced marketing too perhaps?

Yeah they like cheetos here. There are even a few specialized markets around that are very frequented by Mexicans/Latinos and they keep a huge amount of cheetos stocked on the shelves. They also like fritos a lot. Frito's are better imo, they go better with south-west cooking which I like a lot (cowboy food). To me, Cheetos don't really go with anything other than as a snack to get fat on hehe

the moment you see chile limon on your household chip brands, they've already taken over your community.

I've only had the flamin hot someone bought for me because they though I'd like them knowing I eat a lot of ghost peppers which is way different. I like jalapeno's and cheese, but never tried those cheetos. I usually get sun chips, trail mix or sometimes pringles like cool ranch flavor or cheddar. Sun chips are the best though, any flavor.

My niece came over to visit the other day. She is a Latino and wanted some candy.

I opened up my seasoning cabinet , and to my surprise she began frothing at the mouth.

I live in Texas so I am an expert in both Cheetos and Mexicans – Cheetos transcend all borders and racial lines (I love the Baked, Jalapeno, and the hot variety pack that has like 5 different kinds of Cheetos in one bag)

Takis and “Chile Limon” are the two that the Mexicanos flock towards. They also love those gross Salt and Vinegar chips

Figured a fellow Texan would understand. Salt and vinegar chips are great tho' you have to get kettle cooked types.

I like the regular hot cheetoes and the lime ones. The jalapeno is terrible.

When I went to Canada I was surprised they actually have a lot better chip flavors than we do in the U.S., especially the Ketchup chips and All Dressed.

LOL Takis!!

The little, fried tortilla chips rolled up and seasoned. They give you the shits and stain your poop red.

Salt and Vinegar chips are delicious. The brand out here that is really good is Tim's Cascade. They are super crunchy, and kettle cooked.

I think the grossest chip flavor I've seen is that chicken and waffle lays.

Probably wouldn't buy Cheetos if they weren't hot. However, I prefer the Cheddar-Jalapeno. My only complaint about the Flamin Hot Cheetos is the vinegar taste.

But I'm from New Orleans... I put cayenne on cereal.

Poop's not red.
