i was told chris columbus may have sailed seven seas, but what's more shocking is the force of his hubris. he sailed for india but found islands where the natives spoke foreign languages and were dark. he called the natives indians. he raped them. he killed them and took slaves. he took their gold.
this is all very cool, metal, and neo-chic (no one should be arguing weather or not Christopher Columbus is truly the height of Pirate Fashion).
The real zinger to me is that our own government uses Authoritarian Education System to teach us lies (Columbus was not the 1st to discover the Americas, por ejemplo). All this teaches the discerning youth is that the government is fallible, cannot be trusted, and that youth becomes cynical toward the laws protecting elfself.
This leads to abuse of narcotics, leads to people jacking off to CP with a vibrating Battletoad figurine in their anus. Because suddenly you come to distrust every authority. Maybe drugs AREN'T so bad. And some of them Aren't. But a lot ARE and so is Murdering someone out of Passion 4 Bae. But you wouldn't fucking know that any more, because you no longer trust the philosophical pretense of your established society and are forced to the fringes, posting ceaselessly in a haze of elvish fury.
Basically, teach us the truth about Christopher Columbus and the American populace will finally have values we can all be proud of.
