When I was using my Druid, I noticed that the 'Go Away' button command was not releasing any charmed animals. I would press the button numerous times and the pet would just stay in place.

I don't know if this command is working for any other class that uses pets.

'go away' does not work for charmed pets, only summoned pets. You have to use some form of invis/hide to break charm.

^ nailed it.
I use to duo with an enchanter and Invis was his best friend when it came to charm breaking.

I could swear that 'Go Away' used to break the charm if the charmed pet wasn't in combat?

I think I may have been playing too hard lately and need to take a break... Thanks guys for clearing this up and please go ahead and close this thread.

Nope. Have to use Invise to break the charm.

There's a reason why people pay 7k for an instant invis animal ring... it break all forms of charm (animal or not)...
